Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to those interested in a standard plot/home:

  • Residents must be Pakistani citizens;
  • No bachelors allowed (i.e. plots for families only);
  • In case of a standard plot, residents must move on site within 90 days (from the time of issuance of a Notification of Possession letter);
  • In case of a standard home, Residents must move on site within 30 days (from the time of issuance of a Notification of Possession letter);
  • Residents must maintain uninterrupted residency for a period of five years; During this period, purchased properties cannot be rented, sold, or left vacant.
