Investors

Acumen Fund is a leading US based not-for profit social venture fund which has invested more than $60 million globally. Acumen has invested over USD 5 Million in low-income housing and has played an instrumental role in the formation and development of AMC and Immersion and is an active equity investor and partner in both entities. Acumen Fund has been investing in social enterprises in Pakistan since 2005 in the sectors of housing, water, health, agriculture and microfinance.

Bamboo Finance is a highly regarded European social venture fund that invests in social enterprises in various sectors globally. These sectors include healthcare, affordable housing, education, energy, livelihood opportunities, water and sanitation. Its goal is to support enterprises which have significant social impact and substantial financial return. Bamboo is an active equity partner in Immersion and is committed to partnering with AMC on future projects.

Mortgage financiers

House Building Finance Corporation (HBFC) and Tameer Microfinance Bank, two premier financial institutions in Pakistan targeting the low income segments, are committed to providing affordable tailor made mortgage products for the Project’s customers.

Auditors

AMC has retained three of the top four audit firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, and KPMG for annual external and quarterly internal auditing for AMC, as well as its independent projects.

Project Consultants

AMC has retained JERS as the chief architect responsible for overall master planning, infrastructure planning, unit designing, and development of related architectural drawings, construction administration, and other administrative services on all of our projects.

Legal Advisors

AMC has engaged well-reputed law firms including Azam and Rai as general legal counsel, and Mandviwalla & Zafar for all real estate matters.

Partners

Saiban is a non-profit organization providing affordable housing to the lower income segment that has successfully completed several projects (including Khuda Ki Basti 1, 2, and 3) in Sindh that have impacted over 40,000 lives. AMC has provided management support to Saiban in their 20-acre project near Lahore (KKB-4).
